company is an export-oriented production joint-venture by Shenyang Honbase Machinery Manufactory Co.,
Ltd. and American businessman Dr. Steve Wang. It was Founded in December, 2009 with a registered capital of RMB 59.42
million. It is located in Wafangdian City, Dalian, in an area of 54,000 m2 with a construction area of 23,000 m2. The company specializes
primarily in casting and machining for producing
automobile braking system parts, including braking disks and drums, etc. Most
of products are exported to Europe and some are supplied to domestic businesses
to complement their product inventories. The annual sales is about RMB￥200 million.
The company is
equipped with Japanese Tokyu Continuous Casting production lines, digitally
controlled machining centers, CNC boring machines, balancing machines, spray
painting line and core-making machine, etc. as well as high-precision testing and measuring
instruments such as coordinated measuring machines, etc.
The company
received TS16949 accreditation in 2009 and ISO14001 accreditation in 2013.
