The company is an export-oriented production enterprise by sole foreign capital investment. It was founded in 2002 with a registered capital of RMB 84.83 million. It is located in the Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Subdivision of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone. It occupies an area of 70,000 m² with a construction area of 50,000 m².

The company owns more than a hundred horizontal/vertical machining centers, numerically controlled lathes, high-precision honing machines, various specialized processing equipment, automatic painting lines as well as high-precision testing and measuring instruments such as coordinated measuring machines, CMM roundness measuring devices, universal length measuring gauges, pneumatic micrometers, contour measuring apparatuses, etc.

The company specializes primarily in precision machinery manufacturing, producing primarily hydraulic parts (valve body, housing, end caps, etc.), automobile braking system parts, pump bodies, bearing support, etc. Sixty percent of products are sold to America and Europe, while the remaining 40% are supplied to the Chinese branches of foreign companies such as Eaton, Danfoss, Knorr-Bremse, etc. The annual sales amounts RMB 100 million.
